We are pleased to communicate that we have received an incredible number of submissions from all over the world in response to our CfP for the International Conference “Food for Thought: Nourishment, Culture, Meaning” (New York, October 14-15, 2019). 

The Scientific Committee has already started the evaluation process and will inform the authors about the results as soon as possible. In the meantime, we would like to thank all the proposers for their interest and captivating ideas!
